Description Flattened, ribbed true French heirloom cantaloupe with warts and bumps, 4-9 lbs, grey-green rind ripens to straw color with salmon-orange flesh. Excellent flavor and fragrance, good yield, drought and wilt resistant. Best flavor is produced in dry weather. Mentioned in 1860s but is likely much older. 85-95 days
